Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. When we meditate we come into a state of relaxation in the mind and body, whilst remaining focused and aware. We can use a variety of techniques in meditation to enable us to reach a more relaxed, focused and present state of mind. The benefits of meditation are endless but just some include: enhanced self-awareness, stress relief, lower blood pressure, decrease in anxiety, improved concentration and focus, increased creativity, develops our intuition.
We offer one-to-one meditation sessions, working to individual client requests i.e. anxiety, self-confidence, spiritual development, etc. (these sessions can also be combined with a reiki treatment)
